Dear Coach Bill Supporters,

 

What is going on?! Do we stand by and say “oh well”, or do we make a stand?!  What you have witnessed, first hand, is a grave injustice that can’t be left to pass.

 

This is not the end, but the beginning. The Katonah-Lewisboro school board and its Superintendent need to be held accountable. They have exposed themselves on multiple fronts and it’s time to take action against them.

 

We will assemble a legal team of top Education and HR lawyers, as well as having access to many lawyers whose children Coach Bill has coached and who have offered their legal acumen.

 

This could be a landmark opportunity to help all the teachers, coaches, or anyone for that matter, that are being fired, suspended or harassed based on meritless, frivolous claims against them. This has to STOP, and we are in a position to do just that. 

 

These valued educators are now having to work in schools where they are having to constantly look over their shoulder and watching their backs, because if they say or do something that someone, anyone, finds “objectionable” ... employers are not protecting them, but are just being cast aside.

 

What an awful learning environment to teach or coach in. We are now having to raise a generation of unemotional and passionless robots... look around and you can see, firsthand, how that is working out.

 

The Swertfager family is going to use its own resources to fight this wrong, but it will not be enough.

Please, if it can happen to Coach Bill, who is as respected and squeaky clean as they come....it can happen to YOU.
